Zashel LLC operates a telehealth commerce platform. Zashel is not a medical provider or a pharmacy. Clinical care is provided by independently licensed physicians in a third-party network; medications are dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Zashel provides the website, assessment intake, checkout, and patient-experience layer. Zashel does not practice medicine and does not dispense medication.
Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You must be 18+ and physically located in a U.S. state where our network has a licensed clinician and our pharmacy can ship. The current list of available states is shown at checkout/in the Telehealth Disclaimer. We may decline service where no licensed clinician is available.
Your assessment may present options, but the prescribing decision is made solely by a licensed clinician exercising independent medical judgment — who may agree, modify, or decline. No prescription is guaranteed. The clinician may determine a product is not appropriate for you.
Some products are compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. See our Standards and Product Disclaimer. Zashel does not offer controlled substances.
Prices are shown before purchase; Zashel is self-pay only and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your portal to stop future renewals. Refunds: you can request a full refund any time before a clinician reviews your case. After a clinician has reviewed your case — or once a compounded, patient-specific medication has been prepared or shipped — payments are non-refundable.
Provide accurate, complete health information; use medications only as directed; tell your clinician about adverse effects. Misrepresentation may make care unsafe and may result in declined service.

The site, its content, and Zashel's trademarks are owned by Zashel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Zashel provides the website and technology platform, not medical care; clinical decisions are made by the licensed clinician. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zashel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state law. Any dispute will be resolved as required by applicable law. This section will be supplemented with detailed dispute-resolution and venue terms; your statutory rights are unaffected in the meantime.
