Zashel provides care via telehealth: you complete a written assessment, a licensed clinician reviews it asynchronously (not in real time), and follow-ups happen digitally. By proceeding you consent to receive care via telehealth and to the collection and processing of your health information for that purpose.
Care is provided by board-certified clinicians in a third-party network, licensed in specific U.S. states. We can only serve patients physically located in states where a clinician is licensed and our pharmacy can ship. Current states served: all 50 U.S. states.
Asynchronous telehealth is appropriate for many but not all conditions. Your clinician may determine that your needs require in-person or synchronous care and may decline to prescribe and refer you elsewhere. Telehealth is not for emergencies — call 911 or go to the ER.
The identity and credentials of your prescribing clinician are disclosed to you in your patient portal, and your clinician's name appears on your prescription. Your medication is prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy; the dispensing pharmacy's contact information appears on your medication label. You can message your clinician from your portal.
Some prescribed medications are compounded for you individually by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Your clinician will discuss the benefits, risks, and alternatives. See Standards and the Product Disclaimer.
By proceeding, you acknowledge you have read this disclaimer and consent to: (a) care via telehealth, including asynchronous review; (b) collection, use, and sharing of your health information as described in our Privacy Policy; (c) the possibility that a clinician may decline care; and (d) that no specific outcome is guaranteed. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting care@zashel.com.
